The bright nights and the beautiful nature at Helgenæs on Mols form the background for the two-day Mindfulness Festival, where the focus is on nature, art and spirituality.

Give yourself a break and enjoy the community and nature. We invite you to workshops with opportunities for calm and contemplation, events with mindfulness in dance and movement and the opportunity to sharpen your senses in the cool sea.

Both days offer workshops in the morning and afternoon, where together we experience the breadth and depth of mindfulness. There will be workshops both indoors, in nature and at the Temple on Gomde.

We start with an hour of joint guided mindfulness/meditation and yoga practice in the morning, and on Saturday evening we have a joint workshop with dance and awareness.

We are looking for volunteers who will participate in the festival at a reduced price in exchange for helping us with 4-6 hours of work in connection with the festival.
If you would like to contribute with a workshop of 1.5 – 2 hours, you are very welcome to contact Birthe Moksha on phone: 2129 4570 or email: info@mindfulnessforeningen.dk

Some practical information,
more detailed program to follow.

Check in at the festival on Saturday 27 May between 9-10, where there will be coffee and tea. Workshops start at 10.
