Lisa er leder gennem 20 år, heraf 10 år som selvstændig konsulent med fokus på organisations-og forretningsudvikling. Siden 2012 har Lisa specialiseret sig i personlig udvikling, trivsel og har mere end 500 1:1 sessioner om året, og underviser løbende ledere og stressramte, sygemeldte borgere i stresshåndtering, mindfulness og konflikthåndtering.

Lisa er CFM Qualified MBSR Instructor fra UMASS og har practicum fra Dansk Center For Mindfulness, Aarhus Universitetshospital.

Derudover er Lisa certificeret i People Test System analyseværktøjer; People Test Logik og People Test Person og er Certificeret Executive Coach, Axept – en psykologsuperviseret uddannelse funderet i systemisk teori og kognitiv psykologi.

Lisa deltager løbende i mindfulness retræter og workshops med førende internationale og danske instruktører som Saki Santorelli, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Florence Meleo-Meyer, Christina Feldman, Lone Fjorback, Jakob Piet, Helen Gamborg.

Lisa udbyder MBSR og mindfulness forløb, workshops og foredrag i regi af sit eget firma Center for Fokus og er fast tilknyttet underviser og coach hos Lehman & Partners, der afholder forløb for stress, angst og depressionsramte.

Lisa har siden 2001 haft sin egen virksomhed og underviser og coacher både mennesker, der er ramt af stress, angst, depression og de, der ønsker mere fokus og nærvær i livet. Lisa er medlem af Mindfulness Foreningen. Kurset er adgangsgivende til MBSR-uddannelsen ved Dansk Center For Mindfulness (Århus Universitet).
