BIRTHE MOKSHA

Birthe Moksha Jørgensen er initiativtager og formand for Mindfulnessforeningen Danmark, med det ønske om at forene og kvalitetssikre og fordybe mindfulnessbaserede interventioner i Danmark, i en forening båret af ægte mindfulness værdier og fælleskaber. Siden 2011 har Birthe været udd. Mindfulness/ MBSR lærer og er således blandt de første og meget erfarne seniorlærer i DK som er trænet og udd. MBSR-lærer fra Center for Mindfulness, Massachusetts University, Medical Center. Har bla modtaget undervisning af Florence Meleo Meyer, Melissa Blacker, Antonia Sumbundo, Ferris Urbanowski ,Christina Feldmann, Christoffer Titmuss, Lone Fjordback og Elana Rosenbaum og deltaget i retræter med bla Jon Kabat Zinn og Saki Santoreli.

I de sidste 8 år har Birthe undervist i det internationale anerkendte 8 ugers program MBSR ,og i det Interpersonel Mindfulness, IMP både til private og til virksomheder, i projekter med udsatte unge på SOSU skolen Århus. Birthe tilbyder Mindfulness efterudd og supervision til professionelle sundhedsfagfolk og mindfulnesslærere, og mindfulness på virksomheder, retræter, Cityretræter i Århus og Kbh.

Birthe er aut sygeplejerske og psykoterapeut og supervisior med mange års erfaring fra distrikts- og socialpsykiatri, herunder med traumatiserede i Dansk Røde kors Asyl, og mindfulness projekt med bla.misbruger og psykisk syge i Århus kommune. Undervisningen i Mindfulness baserede intervention og individuel psykoterapi bygger på egen meditationspraksis og egen udvikling i mere end 25 år inspireret at Bob Mores træning og Specular og Teravada Buddhismen og livet . Ved Stress, angst, depression og stress relaterede symptomer er der videnskabelig evidens for MBSR programmet og sundheds styrelsen anbefaler Mindfulness til Stress. Både for raske og syge. 
Vores liv er et netværk af sociale relationer og kommunikation. I alle vores mellemmenneskelige forhold oplever vi glæde og spændinger, ønsket om at tingene var anderledes, værdsættelse, længsel og lidelse. Vi fungerer ofte i vores relationer som om vi sover, og trækkes fra det vi kan lide og ikke kan lide, ud fra antagelser og vurderinger. Udvikling af interpersonel mindfulness fører til at vi bliver mere nærværende og kærlige over for andre og os selv.

Dette forløb kan ses som en fordybelse og nærmere undersøgelse af mindfulness i vores menneskelige relationer og kommunikation, som vi har berørt i MBSR programmets uge 6. Det er udviklet i et samarbejde mellem Center for Mindfulness, UMASS ved seniorlærer Florence Meyer og Metta.org ved Insight Dialogue lærer Phyllis Hicks.

IMPprogrammet er baseret på den meditative praksis fra Insight Dialogue, udviklet af Gregory Kramer og beskrevet i hans bog af samme navn. Det nærvær og indre ro vi normalt træner i egen indre meditativ stilhed overføres og trænes i det relationelle møde.
Så mange dynamikker kommer i spil, når vi interagerer med andre mennesker, og det at være mindful i kommunikation er noget af det sværeste, specielt hvis kommunikationen er problematisk og ubehagelig. Det er her vi oftest falder tilbage i vante uhensigtsmæssige reaktionsmønstre. Derfor er det at træne mindfulness i dialog med en anden meget effektivt og styrker ens evne til mindfulness i alle situationer.
Læringsmålene er:
at fordybe mindfulness meditationspraksis
at lære guidelines der fremmer opmærksomheden i vores interaktion
at genkende vanemæssige reaktioner på stress og angst i forholdet til andre
at fremme gavnlige og løsne op for ikke-gavnlige sindstilstande og handlinger
at lære måder at lytte til os selv og andre på et dybere plan.

Interpersonel mindfulness programmet
I dette 8 ugers forløb vil vi undersøge disse grundlæggende temaer af at være menneske i de relationer vi lever i. Det vil sige vi tager udgangspunkt i vores eget liv og de vanskeligheder, sorger og glæder, vi oplever imellem dig-og-mig, når vi tør kigge ind i det undersøgende og med mindfulness opmærksomhed.

I den undersøgelse af menneskelige relationer i dit liv, støtter vi os op af nogle særlige arbejdsmetoder, som bygger på 6 meditationsguidelines: Pause, slap af, åbne, tillid til alt der opstår, lytte dybt og tale sandheden. Vi lærer over de 8 uger at anvende disse meditationsguidelines og bliver fortrolig med at stoppe op og møde det, der er, i ærlighed og med venlighed over for os selv og hinanden.

En stor del af undersøgelsen af mindfulness i relationen foregår i en reel relation, hvor vi sidder sammen to-og-to i en dialog i meditation og kontemplation, over emner der handler om at være os. Når vi sidder sammen og skiftevis lytter og taler med fuld opmærksomhed og nærvær, sker der noget helt særligt i kontakten, som virker helende for os. Vi mærker den andens nærvær og er samtidig i dyb kontakt med os selv. Vi lærer at kunne være til stede med og for den anden, og samtidig have kontakt til vores egen inderste kerne, der forhindrer, at vi bliver drænet for energi, eller går for meget over i den anden og dermed glemmer os selv. Vi hjælper hinanden til at opretholde mindfulness igennem kontakten og næres og heles af oplevelsen af dyb samhørighed.

Målgruppe:
Du skal have taget et 8-ugers MBSR, MBCT, eller andet MBI-program, eller have en meditationserfaring fra et buddhistisk center, så du enten ønsker at understøtte den praksis du allerede har, eller ønsker at få gang i den daglige meditation på ny. Du kan komme på forløbet, fordi du allerede laver mindfulness og er nysgerrig på at vide mere og komme dybere ned i din praksis, f.eks. kan du være i gang med en mindfulnessuddannelse, og måske gerne vil fordybe dig i den mere spirituelle del af mindfulness eller allerede underviser i mindfulness professionelt. Du kan også komme fordi du sidder med nogle særlige svære ting i det relationelle i dit liv. Denne praksis er som mindfulness stressreducerende og har effekt på vores nervesystem, som falder til ro og genopbygges. Det er vigtigt, at du oplyser os om du står i alvorlig sygdom, akut depression, aktivt misbrug, psykose m.m. og derfor måske skal vente med forløbet.
Kurset er som MBSR bygget op som 8 mødegange, hvor du får øvelser og opgaver du skal træne hjemme imellem hver mødegang.

Forløbet er adgangsgivende på MBSR uddannelsen på Århus Universitet og på Center for Mindfulness UMASS / USA og andre steder. Gennem Mindfulness MBSR kan du opleve en større ro og adgang til større indre dybde i dig selv. Kontakten til den indre kerne styrkes gennem regelmæssig træning af bevidstheden, og du kommer tættere på dine kompetencer og kvaliteter. Gennem regelmæssige øvelser og træning i Mindfulness har du nu mulighed for styrke dit helbred både fysisk og psykisk, og mentalt, få større overblik på jobbet, reducere stress og skabe klarere tanker og større glæde i dit liv. MBSR er systematisk træning i at udvikle stabilitet i kroppen via mindfulyoga og ro og indsigt i sindet gennem nærvær, og dyb indsigt i mentale og psykologiske konstruktioner/sammenhænge, hvilket udvikler den enkelte til bedre at respondere i pressede situationer og dagligdags aktiviteter. På dette forløb i MBSR vil vi gøre mere ud af inquiry, den undersøgende dialog, som vi anvender efter alle øvelserne, her er det muligt at komme mere ind i den personlige proces gennem en spejling og refleksion af det, du har oplevet under øvelserne. Mindfulness meditation forløb fra afmagt og stress til indsigt, klarhed,forbundethed og compassion.

Forløbet er meget mere end mindfulness, det er en lære om hvordan vi møder livet og lever livet bedst muligt, uanset vores situation, sygdom belastniger, traumer kriser mm.

En Mindfulness praksis kan hjælpe på mange niveauer, både det rent kropslige som en form for afspænding, men med en klar og vågen bevidsthed og et vågent nærvær.
